We’re growing and we are looking to add a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to our fast-paced and customer-oriented team.

We’re a remote-first company and looking to hire this person anywhere between the PST - EST timezone.

In the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing role, you will:

  • Define the vision and strategy that will drive incremental full-funnel growth through experimentation and customer retention.
  • Acquire and retain new customers efficiently, understanding and improving ROI & CAC and feeding the growth flywheel.
  • Partner with Jungle Scout’s BI team to generate reports and analyze marketing and financial data.
  • Through a deep understanding of our ideal customer segments, target personas, and Jungle Scout’s offerings, you will devise programs & experiments that will maximize conversion and retention.
  • Work with the Product team and leverage product usage data to inform better marketing and retention programs.
  • Regularly inform stakeholders across marketing, product, operations, and finance about insights to ensure cross functional alignment on the best possible data-driven marketing strategy.
  • Track and report on the entire marketing funnel including volume, velocity, conversion stage-to-stage, and average value; make sure funnel measures can be analyzed by key dimensions such as industry, geo, product mix, and persona.
  • Architect experiments, track results, and follow the data.
  • Manage, build, and lead a strong team by coaching and developing existing members and closing talent gaps where needed through acquisition of new team members.
  • Identify opportunities to drive revenue, such as go-to-market strategies, tactics to streamline the customer lifecycle, and potential sales process improvements.

  • Creative, curious, and collaborative. You’re able to see things from our customers’ eyes and have an ability to step out of the box to influence their behavior. You are thinking about making big impacts through small tests & iterations, which means you may need to get inventive. You’ve got the creative chops to come up with great strategic initiatives but you will need to work with experts across the company to execute - including designers, channel managers, product managers, and engineers. 
  • Comfortable throughout the funnel & across all channels. You’re staying on top of all the latest trends and best practices. Whether you’re working with paid search, social, email, SEO, video, content marketing or affiliates – you’re at home. You are able to interpret marketing and customer metrics to develop into a story and understand what channels and tactics you’ll need to employ to drive top & bottom line growth.
  • Data-driven experimenter. You are analytical and can find a story through data. You are able to form a hypothesis and design experiments to prove them. You’re comfortable with a loss as much as a win, but can find a “learning” either way and are able to interpret the results and continue to iterate in order to drive big impacts for the business. You think big and test small. 
  • Self-motivated and determined. You and your team will be challenged to defend your strategy and deliver results that will be directly reflected in our company’s financial goals. You have persistence to advocate for your projects and elicit collaboration from contributors & stakeholders from across the company.
