As the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing at 7shifts, you will be responsible for driving growth through our inbound channels, with a focus on Paid Media, SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization. Reporting to the Director, Revenue Marketing, you will manage a multi-million dollar performance marketing budget, driving top of funnel awareness through to lead acquisition, while ensuring our website and online profiles are optimized for performance. You’ll oversee a team of passionate Marketers focused on acquisition and experimentation as we continue to foster an award winning culture and our vision of being the leading workforce management partner to restaurants.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead our paid media strategy and planning across channels such as search, social, programmatic and marketplaces to maximize brand visibility, drive targeted traffic and growth
  • Oversee our conversion rate optimization program, driving efficient lead volume through experimentation on our website and paid landing pages
  • Drive our organic growth strategy, working closely with Content Marketing and our agency partner to increase qualified organic traffic and leads
  • Identify new paid channels, technology and trends that can keep us top of mind with our ideal customers and ahead of our competition
  • Own inbound forecasting, reporting and analysis for Inbound marketing channels
  • Develop and coach a talented team, assessing and filling any skill gaps needed to execute against our Marketing strategy and reach company targets

What you bring:

  • 5+ years experience with Growth Marketing or Demand Generation, with direct people management experience
  • Proven experience efficiently scaling a paid media program with multi-million dollar budgets
  • An experimentation mindset, with hands-on experience developing and running A/B testing and personalization programs
  • Strong understanding of key revenue metrics (CPL, CAC, MRR, Payback)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, leveraging data sets to develop actionable insights 
  • Excellent project management, communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with RevOps, Sales & Product

It’d be even cooler if you had:

  • Google Ads or other paid media certifications
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations
  • B2B SaaS experience with PLG
