The Sr. Manager of Inside Sales will drive revenue growth for our rapidly expanding EMEA business. This role is responsible for developing a new Inside Sales go-to-market model that optimizes for local languages and scales efficiently across the region. The successful candidate will be adept at building and leading high-performing teams optimizing sales processes and executing strategic planning on an EMEA-wide scale. They will be recognized for their ability to recruit train and motivate teams to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

This is a Remote opportunity within the UK.

What weโ€™re looking for:

  • 7+ years of sales-related experience including 4+ years of building and leading New Business/Expansion sales teams for an EMEA Inbound Sales motion.

  • Demonstrated expertise in developing EMEA and international go-to-market strategies.

  • Experience leading a distributed team across multiple regions in EMEA

  • Passionate about coaching motivating and mentoring team members.

  • Strong track record of success in sales leadership within a SaaS or B2B organization. Ideally in the cybersecurity space.

  • Deeply invested in the success of your team with a talent for celebrating wins and progress.

  • Analytical thinker with the ability to translate metrics into actionable decisions and present data effectively.

  • Skilled at identifying areas for improvement in processes efficiency and productivity.

  • Experienced in fast-growth environments.

  • Personal experience with 1Password or another password manager is a bonus.

  • Sales experience in the SaaS industry is required; experience in the security industry is a significant plus.

What you can expect:

  • Partner with the VP of EMEA to build and execute a strategic plan with Marketing and Sales Development launching and optimizing the local inbound motion aligned with 1Passwordโ€™s overall business objectives.

  • Translate inside sales strategy and objectives into a roadmap of projects and programs aimed at achieving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement.

  • Develop a methodical approach to pipeline development tailored for the EMEA Inside Sales team.

  • Implement strategic processes and expand outbound sales programs to achieve revenue targets.

  • Ensure accurate pipeline management on a weekly basis to support precise forecasting.

  • Hire and develop a diverse highly skilled sales team suited for our EMEA business.

  • Manage the Inside Sales team providing direction support and resources they need to perform and grow. Be responsible for the development engagement and performance of the Inside Sales team.

  • Provide comprehensive weekly reports on team performance highlighting successes identifying challenges and outlining strategic initiatives. Use these reports to inform leadership and drive continuous improvement.

We believe in the power of remote work but we also recognize that some in-person connection with team members and customers is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company occasional travel for in-person engagement will be a part of this role. This may include but is not limited to bi-annual department-wide offsites quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events will typically be held in varying locations across Canada and the USA. In leadership roles you can expect to travel once per month on average.
