Your teams will enhance and enable Evolve’s learning culture by leveraging adult learning frameworks to develop engaging and innovative learning experiences that drive growth, development and performance. You will enable teammate success by ensuring the right knowledge is getting to the right people at the right time and in the right ways. The Sr Manager of Learning Solutions Design will be both strategic and tactical in recommending learning solutions that will meet the needs of the enterprise.Â
What you will do
- Lead the strategic direction and management for the design, development, and assessment of learning solutions that improve individual performance to enable achievement individual, team, department and enterprise objectives
- Establish and lead learning intake process and coordinate distributions of work across Instructional Design and Knowledge Management
- Establish metrics, reporting and scorecards that monitor and measure impact, success and ROI of learning programs
- Develop and manage project plans including key milestones and deliverables using project management skills to keep the broader L&E team projects on time and within budget
- Utilize knowledge of all aspects of instructional design and knowledge management design across the business to innovate and lead design teams focused on efficiently and effectively creating and maintaining learning solutions that advance Evolve
- Collaborate with the broader L&E team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure Evolve is providing a comprehensive and cohesive set of learning solutions
- Lead, grow, and develop Evolve’s Instructional Design and Knowledge Management teams through performance management and coaching
- Establish and enforce effective governance and change management to drive consistency across enterprise knowledge strategy and increase utilization of knowledge platform
- Manage and maintain current working knowledge of our LMS, Docebo, (including releases and integrations) to help optimize and leverage its full capabilities
- Lead the development and implementation of content governance strategies to organize and and categorize learning solutions building consistency in an content catalogÂ
- Collaborate with the broader L&E team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure cohesion between knowledge resources, learning content, and training solutions
- Advance the ongoing improvement of learning content, design standards, resources, and knowledge management processes to ensure continuous improvement of training and learner outcomes
- Collect, monitor and analyze learning content metrics, and make improvements accordinglyÂ
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years of relevant content development or instructional design experience required; learning and training experience in hospitality, travel, or highly seasonal roles strongly preferredÂ
- 3+ years experience coaching and leading learning professionals
- 2+ years of successful project management experience leading complex learning projects and project teams
- Experience in learning development, including understanding of adult learning principles, using best practices in learning approaches and learning technologies to drive performance
- Experience working with stakeholders to assess and interpret business needs to strategically recommend and deliver learning solutions and deliver on the organization’s learning priorities
- Ability to lead teams to prioritize work with the ability to meet deadlines and the flexibility to pivot based on organizational changes and learner needs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating a sense of urgency and ownership
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills

LocationÂ
We currently are able to hire throughout the U.S except in the following states: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico and Pennsylvania. If you live in Colorado, you can work remotely anywhere in the state, at our downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both!
Compensation
Annual base salary range: $138,000-$159,000, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.
