As the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations at 7shifts, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of technology and operational processes to support the company’s marketing objectives. Reporting to the Director, Revenue Marketing, you will oversee our approach to marketing intelligence and reporting to help unlock and drive cost efficient growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in our approach to marketing automation and the campaign lifecycle as we continue to foster an award winning culture and our vision of being the leading workforce management partner to restaurants.

What you’ll do:
- Identify and implement core marketing technologies and processes that create repeatable, consistent practices, increasing operational efficiencies across the marketing team and customer lifecycle
- Own marketing intelligence, analysis, and reporting to identify areas for optimization and deliver recommendations that drive towards our lead and revenue goals
- Develop standard operating procedures for marketing campaigns, reducing time to market while also delivering strategic advice to campaign managers
- Partner closely with IT and Business Operations to integrate marketing ecosystem and technologies into the overall organizational infrastructure
- Manage marketing technology vendors, including contract negotiations and renewals and budget management
- Develop and nurture a team to assess and fill any skill gaps needed to execute against our marketing operations strategy
What you bring:
- 5+ years experience in a marketing operations and demand generation role
- Proven experience owning and implementing a robust marketing technology stack with industry leading tools, such as Marketo, Drift, Chilipiper, AppCues, Dreamdata
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills - you can develop actionable insights across the marketing lifecycle
- Excellent project management, communication and organizational skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with RevOps, Sales & Product teams
- Strong knowledge of compliance with personal data privacy laws, such as CASL, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR
It’d be even cooler if you had:
- Marketo Certification
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
- Knowledge of restaurant operations
- B2B SaaS or Product Led Growth experience
- Experience with conversion rate optimization and experimentation
