What you'll do:
- Lead a team of business analysts to launch new locations on the platform and manage existing locations as our site supply changes over time (ex: business closures, site churns, etc)
- Grow the team by hiring additional analysts and senior leaders to keep pace with company growth
- Drive efficient ticketing and investigation workflows when collaborating with the Sales and Accounts teams
- Provide frequent feedback to direct reports to drive performance and support their career development
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Accounts, Product, Finance, and Marketing to build high-output relationships
- Champion a data-driven approach and iterative improvement
What you need:
- 4+ years of people management experience
- 2+ years of project or program management experience in an agile environment with multiple teams and partners
- Demonstrated experience helping junior team members grow within an organization
- Thoughtful and effective approach to written and verbal communication
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
- Personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising the work of teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and promoting a collaboration mentality
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
- Data driven approach to problem solving and prioritizationĀ
The fine print:
- Location: This role is a hybrid role and required to work from our Washington, D.C. or Austin office 2 days/week. Full Covid-19 vaccination is required to work from any of our Upside offices.
