About the role:

The Senior Manager of Platform Infrastructure is responsible for leading and managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's platform infrastructure. This includes designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure systems to support the company's platform applications and services.

The Senior Manager will work closely with other departments, such as Engineering, Product Management, and Client Operations, to ensure that the infrastructure meets the needs of the business and its customers. They will also be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technical staff, overseeing their work, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to do their jobs effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering and networking, with experience in building and managing infrastructure for a high volume SaaS platform. They will have a deep understanding of scalable, reliable, and secure systems, and be able to lead a team of engineers and technical staff. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

• Develop and implement a long-term strategy for the company's platform infrastructure, including identifying and addressing current and future needs
• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure systems to support the company's SaaS platform and services
• Manage a team of engineers and technical staff, overseeing their work and providing guidance and support
• Monitor and maintain the company's platform infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the platform infrastructure team, including configuration standards, best practices and security protocols
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in platform infrastructure and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades as needed
• Work from Listrak HQ in Lancaster, PA 25% of time 

You have:

• BS in Engineering, Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of systems, software and/or network engineering
• Minimum of 5 years in a SaaS environment
• Proven ability to build scalable, reliable, and secure systems, including experience with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure
• Experience managing and leading a team of engineers and technical staff
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with other departments and stakeholders
• Knowledge of industry best practices and the latest technologies in platform infrastructure
• Ability to work from our Lancaster based HQ 25% of time
