The Opportunity

As a company that is undergoing significant growth, Simpplr is seeking to hire an experienced Senior Manager, Partner Programs. As a Senior Manager, Partner Programs you will help us mature our partner programs for our growing ecosystem of ISVs, SIs and Digital/Communications Agencies. This position reports to the VP, Alliances & Channels who is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Your Job ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be doing:
  • Help to define and document Benefits and Requirements of the Simpplr Partner Program for various partner types, tiers and go-to-market motions.
  • Serve as the project manager leading the implementation of the Partner Portal (Target go-live in Jan 2023).
  • Serve as the Partner Portal Admin and work with Marketing and Sales Enablement to onboard, engage and enable Partners.
  • Support outreach and partner marketing programs to build mindshare with key partners such as Salesforce, UKG, AWS, Zoom and Okta.
  • Support co-marketing activities with Partners such as webinars, field events and user conferences.
  • Track and report Alliances KPIs.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve the effectiveness of the Simpplr Partner Program.
Your SkillsetWhat makes you a great fit for the team:
  • 5+ years experience working in Alliances or Partner Marketing at a SaaS company is required. ISV Marketplace experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent project management and cross-functional team leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills and experience developing joint marketing collateral with partners.
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Suite, Salesforce, Marketo and PRM software. 
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to influence and work collaboratively with sales, solution consulting, professional services, marketing and product teams.
  • Willingness to to travel 10%-15% of the time
