In this role as a Senior Manager of Product on the Core Screenings team you will focus on delivering products and capabilities for Checkr’s most important core offerings: Criminal Screenings, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) searches, and the Continuous Safety platform. You will also manage product teams tasked with ensuring the cross-platform health and quality of our data and building capabilities to increase the efficiency of our Operations team. You will define and execute the strategy for each of these respective areas. Leveraging your deep experience, you will build, coach, and inspire a team of Product Managers to meet company objectives and bring new products and features to market.Â
What You’ll Do:
- Identify new market opportunities to drive innovation and business growth
- Set your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with company goals and drive maximum impact based on data analysis, market research and usability studies
- Launch products at scale with an eye for data, legal, and technical requirements
- Serve as a bridge between product and customer-facing functions to drive GTM readiness and successful long-term product adoption for your product portfolio
- Be a product expert and domain evangelist through participation in public presentations and meetings with customers and partners
Who You Are:
- Excellent judgment and thoughtfulness about the dynamics of a product ecosystem
- Strong communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level -- within teams, within the company, to users, to press, and other audiences
- Organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented with a high degree of humility and accountability
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of People Management experience leading, growing, and retaining high performing Product Management Teams
- 7+ years as a PM at a B2B Enterprise and/or SaaS company
- An ability to manage project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way
- Experience working on products at a global scale, and understanding the data, legal, technical nuances of supporting complex products
- Strong technical background to enable you to contribute meaningful features and seamless integration
- Excellent user experience skills and attention to detail. You have an instinct for good product design and an understanding of usability best practices
- Willingness to lead in a hands-on, high performance environment

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote, we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. The salary range for this role is $148,899 - $309,925.
