As Senior Manager of Enterprise Platform, you’ll directly influence Calendly’s product by owning and driving the strategy, roadmap, and vision to make Calendly a trusted, scalable platform for enterprises. This will be a dynamic role, with high demands on multitasking, communication skills, and technical knowledge.
A day in the life of a Senior Product Manager at CalendlyThis position will report to our Head of Product Management, Platform. You will be working in an environment where collaboration is key to the best ideas, and you will be encouraged to use your creativity and drive to bring new features and ideas to market! You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, product marketing, customer experience and product leadership to ensure the defined growth, product outcomes, and customer satisfaction goals are met.
On a typical day, you will be working on:- Help drive Calendly’s growth by understanding enterprise customers’ needs and defining a product strategy to scale our current product capabilities to best support their needs, including trust and compliance
- Identify and develop shared platform services that promote scalability and trust, and that can be leveraged by other teams
- Lead a team of Product Managers responsible for enterprise and platform needs, help them rationalize and prioritize customer needs and features, and improve the way we build and ship amazing software
- Partner closely with our go-to-market teams to gather feedback from and present concepts to our customers
- Drive up awareness and adoption of features that help our customers drive greater revenue with Calendly
- Define and measure the relevant objectives and key results (OKRs) and key performance measures to support the enterprise and platform strategy and roadmap decisions
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management; minimum of 3 years of experience leading diverse teams of product managers in collaborative environments
- Previous experience building and monetizing modern B2B SaaS products (a key requirement); specifically, deep understanding and demonstrated experience building and monetizing mid-market and enterprise capabilities in a B2B SaaS product
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time
