Evolve’s mission is to make vacation rental easy for everyone and our Real Estate Services Team is laser focused on applying this philosophy to the experience of purchasing or selling a vacation rental. As the Senior Manager of Real Estate Partnerships you will be joining one of the fastest growing departments within Evolve and leading a team that is responsible for growing and cultivating our real estate agent and lender partnerships.  

In this role, you and your team will serve as the primary point of contact for our agent and lending partners with the goal of developing increasingly valuable relationships for everyone involved. Purchasing and selling vacation rentals can be a complex process and our job is to help simplify and optimize this process for our partners and their clients.

This leader will proactively identify opportunities for their team to architect and implement scalable solutions that are aligned with our broader company goals and objectives.

What you’ll do

  • Manage an internal team focused on providing support, guidance, and continued engagement for existing and new Evolve Real Estate Agent and lending partners
  • Manage and grow the Evolve Preferred Agent network to help drive continued revenue growth for the business
  • Partner with Director and key stakeholders to drive toward a clear vision of how real estate agents and lenders can effectively partner with Evolve 
  • Responsible for establishing new partnerships in the real estate and mortgage industry for the company to pursue. You will work to analyze the market, identify key partnership opportunities and work closely with key stakeholders to identify any existing gaps in closing new business opportunities. 
  • Remain diligent in understanding real estate market trends to ensure the company continues to maintain competitiveness in a growing market.
  • Responsible for execution of forecasting, KPIs, and goals across the real estate agent and lending partnerships.
  • Implement repeatable onboarding systems for partnership funnels 
  • Leverage insights gained from partner interactions to drive process and product improvements within your organization
  • Identify and action opportunities for process optimization with the objective of continually improving the experience for your teammates as well as our collective team results
  • Align your team to Evolve's hospitality standards and reinforce this vision at every step in the partner journey

What makes you a great fit

  • 8+ years of relevant business experience, with experience in partner management, business development, or real estate agent partnerships
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to be articulate and direct
  • A bias for action and pragmatic, yet creative, “outside the box” solutions that prove you to be a valuable business partner
  • An unparalleled sense of urgency and commitment to getting stuff done without sacrificing quality or experience
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple competing priorities

Location 

Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! As we grow, we are working towards opening remote opportunities across the entire U.S. We currently are able to hire across the U.S except in the following locations: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico and Pennsylvania.

Compensation

For this role our salary range is $136,000 to $156,000, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.
