Senior Manager, Strategic Platform Partnerships

We do this by empowering merchants with responsible installment products at the point of sale. Affirm's partnerships with eCommerce platforms enables merchants to quickly and easily offer Affirm to their customers.
We are seeking a senior partnership professional to own the growth and go-to-market execution for Affirm's portfolio of strategic eCommerce platform partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the eCommerce technology ecosystem and extensive experience leading a portfolio of distribution partners. This role will report to the Head of Strategic Partner Management.
What You'll Do

• Own a robust portfolio of industry-leading eCommerce platform partnerships
• Be responsible for the overarching strategy and use of platform partnerships to accelerate Affirm's business growth goals
• Lead a team of partner managers, empowering them to grow and expand our existing partnerships
• Guide the strategy and partner plans that will outline how these partnerships will increase loan volume and merchant acquisition for Affirm
• Orchestrate the application of these partnerships across Affirm's cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, product, and engineering
• Build the operations and processes that ensure the stability and scalability of our partner program
• Partner with the product and engineering teams to drive new integration initiatives

What We Look For

• 7+ years experience in high-growth Business Development, Strategic Partnership, or Strategic Alliances roles
• 2+ years of leading high-performance teams
• Familiarity with the eCommerce platform and technology ecosystem
• Experience with 3rd party partner contracts and deal constructs
• Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
• Clear communication, structured thinking, organization, and project management skills
• Comfortable working in a highly entrepreneurial environment, building new workstreams & processes
