- Partner with leadership team to identify high-impact strategic initiative across the organization
- Lead cross functional planning to help ensure successful problem formulation, hypotheses generation, comprehensive analysis in testing hypotheses, and problem resolution
- Own measuring and reporting of key performance metrics
- Design and implement processes and operational systems to increase the efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage a team of 1-2 associates
- 4+ years of experience in program management, operations, strategy/consulting with an emphasis on operations, go-to-market, or customer engagement.
- Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity. A tenacious decision maker able to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business
- Strong communication skills: Impeccable written and oral communicator, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Clear results orientation: Display an intense focus on achieving both short and long term goals. Able to drive and execute an agenda in an uncertain and fluid environment
- Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment. Previous consulting experience is a plus
- High motivation and self-direction, taking personal ownership for results and professional development
- A bias towards action and a proven track record of executing on successful strategies which exceed user expectations
- Grounding in human-centered design with a natural empathy for users
- Strategic thinking and an ability to effectively identify opportunities for growth in new businesses and markets
- A high level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
