Role
 
We are looking for a Senior Manager to join the Strategy and Operations team at Candid. You will focus on providing strategic business insights, ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helping leadership identify and drive strategic programs and initiatives forward. This role is highly cross-functional and you will partner with the Marketing, Product, Support, Orthodontic and Operations teams. You will report directly to our Chief Experience Officer and this role is 100% remote.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Partner with leadership team to identify high-impact strategic initiative across the organization
  • Lead cross functional planning to help ensure successful problem formulation, hypotheses generation, comprehensive analysis in testing hypotheses, and problem resolution
  • Own measuring and reporting of key performance metrics 
  • Design and implement processes and operational systems to increase the efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage a team of 1-2 associates
 
What You’ll Need 
  • 4+ years of experience in program management, operations, strategy/consulting with an emphasis on operations, go-to-market, or customer engagement.
  • Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity. A tenacious decision maker able to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business
  • Strong communication skills: Impeccable written and oral communicator, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Clear results orientation: Display an intense focus on achieving both short and long term goals. Able to drive and execute an agenda in an uncertain and fluid environment 
  • Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment. Previous consulting experience is a plus
  • High motivation and self-direction, taking personal ownership for results and professional development
  • A bias towards action and a proven track record of executing on successful strategies which exceed user expectations
  • Grounding in human-centered design with a natural empathy for users
  • Strategic thinking and an ability to effectively identify opportunities for growth in new businesses and markets
  • A high level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
