Senior Manager, Technology and Product Compliance Integration

Compliance is looking for a Senior Manager, Technology and Product Compliance Integration to join our rapidly growing team. You will be a key member of the Global Compliance Leadership Team and will lead the critical functions of overseeing the Compliance Operations programs comprising various sub-pillars, its strategic roadmap and execution.

This role works closely with the Chief Compliance Officer and a variety of senior stakeholders across the company. 

This is a position that will help continue to drive the culture of Compliance forward while supporting ongoing growth within Paxos.

As a Senior Manager, Technology and Product Compliance Integration, you’ll get to: 

• Develop and implement a compliance technology roadmap and product strategy that aligns with regulatory requirements and company objectives
• Serve as a liaison and escalation point between technology/product teams and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to ensure compliance requirements are met
• Integrate compliance requirements into the company’s technology systems and product development processes
• Establish a compliance business intelligence and analytics function to drive data-driven resource allocation and insights

• Immerse yourself in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency for enterprises and investors, our regulation-first approach, and more!

Your experience should include:

• 10 years of prior experience in financial institutions
• Subject matter expertise in anti-money laundering/counter terrorist financing, sanctions, trade surveillance, and consumer protection regulations.
• Organizational design, strategic hiring, and management of large teams (50+).
• Experience leading operations/FIU/investigations team in a high growth environment.
• Ability to create support and buy-in across a wide range of stakeholders; create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, external constituencies and decision makers.
• Strong experience in running a process with a command and control mind-set and has experience in organization design, process re-engineering, driving effective and efficient procedures
• The aptitude to be comfortable acting as an agent for positive change with agility and flexibility
• Familiarity with outsourcing providers and arrangements.
