Pratt & Whitney's Treasury department not only ensures that all of P&W's worldwide entities get the funding they need to keep operating, but it also supports the activities of UT Finance Corporation (UTF), a wholly owned subsidiary of RTX that provides financing and lease support to our airline customers. This position primarily supports the activities of UTF, which include participating in commercial engine campaigns, negotiating with airlines and airframers, and coordinating with partners, banks and other financial institutions to implement our financing and leasing commitments. UTF is the only group in all of RTX that engages in lending to external parties.
This position provides a unique opportunity to build and develop strong analytical and leadership skills while fostering relationships internally within the Finance, Sales and Program communities, as well as externally with airlines, banks and partners. As the Senior Account Manager, this individual will lead the UTF deal team in all phases of UTF deals, including strategy formulation, detailed financial analysis, internal and external presentation and negotiation, document review and execution, and implementation and administration of signed commitments.

- Fully own and manage all phases of UTF's financing and lease deals
- Design and prepare financial analyses that accurately represent UTF deals
- Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external executive stakeholders
- Support various Treasury activities as needed

- Strong analytical skills with foundation in finance/accounting
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Economics with at least 10 years' of relevant experience or 7 years' of experience with an advanced degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or similar advanced degree
