This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact consulting engagements across the beverage industry, guiding customers through technology adoption and business transformation. The Senior Managing Consultant will oversee project execution, manage customer expectations, and ensure the successful delivery of value-driven outcomes. This position involves strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams, coaching stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to expand services and drive additional business value. The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership, technical literacy, and industry expertise to achieve measurable results while fostering positive client relationships. You will influence both operational excellence and long-term customer success in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end customer engagements, ensuring delivery of defined outcomes and alignment with customer objectives.
  • Partner with sales teams to scope, negotiate, and execute Statements of Work, supporting both new and existing customer opportunities.
  • Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to achieve on-time, profitable delivery.
  • Guide cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders, providing expert advice and strategic recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand value for customers, uncovering additional service offerings and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, monitor project performance, and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and methodology.
  • Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in project, program, or engagement management, preferably in technology or professional services.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience leading projects with C-level or executive stakeholders and managing complex customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, technology integration, and solution implementation in beverage production or distribution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills; ability to lead value-based discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Technical literacy to engage in high-level design and integration discussions; proficiency with tools such as Slack, Salesforce, MS Office, and professional services automation software.
  • Certifications such as PMP or industry-specific designations are preferred.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations up to 25% of the time.
