Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) Production Engineering team is hiring a Senior Electrical Manufacturing Engineer (level 4) to support the technical statement of work in San Antonio TX.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in San Antonio TX.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) Production Engineering team is hiring a Senior Electrical Manufacturing Engineer (level 4) to support the technical statement of work in San Antonio TX.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies.
- Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
- Develops identifies and implements conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for build.
- Leads and implements manufacturing plans.
- Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
- Assists in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices.
- Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions.
- Resolves technical problems of significant impact to performance cost or schedule.
- Coordinates and implements new engineering principles theories advanced technologies and concepts.
- Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problems.
- Implements lean principles and technologies.
- Reviews electrical design requirements and approves new releases and revisions to existing designs.
- Reviews and implements non-conformance requirements into shop floor work orders and supplier specifications.
- Translates design requirements Electronic Bill of Materials (EBOM) into Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) to create and maintain part demand within the program production system.

- Experienced to Advanced knowledge of REDARS GOLDesp WIRS Microsoft Excel (medium to advanced skills) IVT MESci.
