Job Description

What You'll Do:
- Work to partner on the planning and execution of major industry conferences, including negotiating sponsorships, managing booth presence, organizing executive meeting spaces, and hosting networking events.
- Develop strategies and oversee smaller regional events, delivering premium experiences for top accounts.
- Manage impactful digital events and online customer roundtables.
- Cultivate relationships with event vendors, industry associations, and partner event teams.
- Collaborate with Sales to drive pipeline at events and identify opportunities for future engagement.
- Work closely with Demand Generation and Marketing Operations to assess sponsorship opportunities, execute communication plans, and track event performance.
- Partner with external communications for executive speaking opportunities.
- 5+ years of experience in event marketing.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and branded experiences.
- Experience managing both first-party and third-party events from concept to execution.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly with executives and team members.
- Ability to problem-solve in real-time and maintain composure in time-sensitive projects.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent delivery schedules.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo (or other marketing automation platforms).
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) certification is a plus.
The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $95,000 annually.
Compensation may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses. Further details will be provided by our Talent Acquisition team during the interview process.
