Job Description

Unanet is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. This role will play a pivotal part in helping drive demand generation and executing campaigns to fill our pipeline and fuel our company's growth!

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Generation: Develop, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across all digital channels, ensuring a robust pipeline for sales. This includes email marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, webinars, and more.
  • Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and drives qualified traffic to convert prospects into customers. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, review sites, and display networks.
  • Email Marketing: Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences to engage prospects and leads, driving them through the funnel to conversion.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute demand generation campaigns that align with the company's goals and target audience. Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, and Creative/MarCom to ensure campaigns are integrated and optimized for maximum impact.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvements.
  • Content Promotion: Oversee development of marketing collateral, landing pages, and other assets needed for demand generation campaigns.
  • Project Management: Manage campaign activities in Trello, including submitting and triaging marketing requests to responsible parties. Oversee project status reporting, including keeping the cross-functional teams up-to-speed on campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Oversee digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
  • Leadership: Lead meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Lead Management & Routing: Work with Marketing Operations on end-to-end lead management processes, ensuring leads are timely and accurately passing to sales.
  • Market Insight: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target audiences’ needs, pain points, and behaviors to create compelling marketing messaging and content using generative AI tools. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in lead generation and growth marketing.

Your First 90 Days

First 30 Days - Tools & People: You will familiarize yourself with our MarTech stack, utilizing our tools and processes, and meet with members of our Marketing team.

First 60 Days - Campaign Management: You will begin managing campaigns and marketing channels, including email, industry media, and digital channels.

First 90 Days - Campaign Execution: You will have gained a robust understanding of our people and processes as well as work cross-functionally to build and execute campaigns.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years’ experience in lead generation and growth marketing within B2B tech
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Proven expertise in leveraging and optimizing digital marketing strategies on review sites such as G2, Capterra, and Trust Radius to drive lead acquisition
  • Experience designing and executing email marketing campaigns and nurtures, with a deep understanding of segmentation, targeting, and analytics to optimize email performance
  • Proficient in marketing automation and CRM tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, and/or Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving marketing objectives

Your Differentiators

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with AI tools, including for marketing demand gen campaigns
  • Experience in Government Contracting (GovCon), Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC), or Finance/FinTech fields preferred

The salary range for this opportunity is $105,000 - $115,000 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity as well as discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
