Senior Marketing Manager, Web + SEO
Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, the Senior Marketing Manager, Web + SEO will manage website content, encompassing content strategy, content development, user experience and search engine optimization (SEO) to drive visibility, engagement and acquisition.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop organic search strategies and tactical plans to drive visibility of springhealth.com and engagement with audiences on organic search
- Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies and programs, including but not limited to SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing and lead flow management
- Collaborate closely with content, product marketing and digital marketing to ensure the website is a robust tool for demand generation as well as an optimized resource for our target audiences (including members)
- Identify opportunities with data and develop ideas to boost performance and conversion rate
- Ensure brand identity is accurately represented in all website content
- Design and reports out regular web reports to stakeholders
- Direct development of copy, images, UI/UX design and components for both the main site and the customer site / landing pages
- Drives customer and user focus of content and functionality across website experience
What we expect from you:
- You must have a solid background in technical site optimization and SEO, editing for the web, web metrics reporting, and A/B and multivariate testing
- Experience managing and optimizing website content for search engine optimization (SEO) and onsite user experience
- Solid understanding of technical SEO including sitemaps, meta tags, JavaScript indexing, linking, redirects, keyword research, etc
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and a/b/multivariate testing and conversion rate optimization to improve lead generation, sales pipeline, and revenue
- Strong knowledge with the following: Google AdWords, Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Search Console, as well as Website optimization and personalization tools (e.g. Hotjar, Google Optimize, Unbounce) and SEO tools (SEMRush or similar)
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, fast-growth environment
- Proactive approach to project management
- Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems
- Strong statistical and analytical skills
The target salary range for this position is $105,500 - $126,150, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
