Senior Marketing Operations, Product Manager

The Senior Marketing Operations Product Manager is an individual contributor, reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations. In this role you will help us build out our Martech stack by leading technology implementation projects, collaborating cross functionally and working with leadership to prioritize projects. You will have a significant impact shaping processes and advancing tech capabilities to scale the Marketing Operations global function.

The impact you will have:

• Lead martech project kickoffs and be the point of contact for stakeholders.
• Scope and capture requirements for implementation of Marketing technology tools
• Work with the marketing operations team, developers and IT to implement martech projects.
• Develop efficiencies to our Marketing operations processes through process improvements and new process design
• Establish and document existing and new processes, projects and technologies.
• Lead sprint planning process, prioritization and make updates to project board.

What we look for:

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing operations, Product Management or Marketing role.
• Proven experience leading Marketing Technology implementations.
• Experience in a Marketing Product Manager role highly preferred
• Experience in managing various stakeholders and their projects
• Great communicator across all business functions and levels
• Experience with Project management tools (Asana, Jira)
• Strong project management skills and ability to work on many projects simultaneously
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent working experience
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
