About the Role:
Motive is looking for a hands-on, go-getter Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to become a core member of our Marketing Operations Team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in Marketing Campaign execution and special project support working alongside the Marketing Operations Managers. Your primary focus will be on the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, including emails, landing pages, online advertising programs, and much, much more!
This candidate must possess strong technical expertise in Marketing Automation (Marketo) as well as a strong understanding of working with large data sets, multiple integrations, and tying it all together. You will have a passion for Marketing Operations, high attention to detail, and a problem solver that helps keep our business moving.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute Marketo Program builds, including building, testing, and launching with Marketing Channel owners
- Create and maintain subscriber databases, lists, and segmentation groups while also adhering to anti-spam regulation and GDPR compliance.
- QA system issues, where needed, to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to best practices, perform technical troubleshooting
- Support the Marketing Operations Managers with special project work
- Support Marketing Channel owners on daily or special tasks assigned
- Ability to analyze SFDC data to implement program refinements and provide inputs on how to optimize our current marketing automation processes and architecture.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive campaign execution from requirements through designing and building, testing, delivering, and measuring
- Help maintain documentation for workflows and processes and continuously educate others on marketing processes & SLAs, data definitions, and lead workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years using Marketo (marketing automation) and SFDC (CRM platform)
- General understanding of marketing metrics
- Front end development experience building marketo pages and emails
- Experience in software/SaaS B2B fast-growing tech organizations
- Outstanding organization and project management skills, with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask various programs across marketing and sales business units, and understand the narrow and broader strategic goals that they accompany
- Experience with HTML, Email, and Landing Page templates
- Bonus: other MarTech platform implementations
