Responsibilities
  • Expand brand identity across media/channel usages to enhance Plainsight's social and broad scope professional presence.
  • Produce industry-leading creative across many channels and media, including company website, social media, online & offline design assets, virtual events, videos, and paid advertising.
  • Implement executive/team/company vision, as well as your own, to embed the Plainsight brand into all marketing assets. Find creative ways to deliver our message to our target audience and refine our visual brand.
  • Work on a wide range of projects such as marketing assets, online and offline events, landing pages, sales materials, infographics, illustrations, and more.
  • Establish new processes and programs as needed to scale and improve workflows/collaboration.
  • Support marketing, sales, and partnership efforts through visual marketing to drive interest in Plainsight among potential customers.
  • Create digital ads (static and video), social media cards, email templates, and any other graphic assets in support of Digital Marketing efforts. Creating compelling, persuasive website graphics, infographics, and videos to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the communications/content, social, product marketing, and lead generation teams - Digital Marketing, Events, Content, and sales. with them to maintain a cohesive look and feel.
  • Ability to clearly communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale.
  • Balance multiple projects at one time, estimating the level of effort to complete a specific task and setting and managing expectations.
  • Thrive in a highly collaborative work environment and are comfortable with sharing knowledge with the broader team.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven experience in brand and marketing design.
  • Deep experience with a B2B technology-based company. Implementation of concepts related to AI/ML/CV and/or SaaS/PaaS technology is preferred..
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis on Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Experience Design. Exposure to/use of Figma is a plus.
  • Maintain visual marketing assets and update our brand style guide and help enforce Plainsight branding requirements.
  • Proficiency in video editing and production with an eye for video content that supports our marketing messaging to drive interest and expand our brand and platform.
  • Possess a strong portfolio and referenceable work featuring a variety of brand design, marketing materials, landing pages, emails, infographics, image-making, data visualization. Understand how your work has been used to create value.
  • Ability to work across the entire design flow: sketching concepts, design, prototyping, and implementation.
  • B2B marketing experience with an emphasis on technology. Engage multi-vertical target audiences with strong visually-compelling campaigns.
  • Understand and guide work based on marketing goals, including producing assets for campaigns, events, page conversions, and SEO.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and apply knowledge and expertise with end-to-end imagery creation skills-from concept-through-implementation.
  • Have an exceptional eye for detail while being able to see the full picture.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Highly organized and can handle a wide range of projects, in fast iterations.
  • Proficiency with G-suite and PowerPoint.
  • Great communication skills, strong team player.
  • Additional nice-to-haves include knowledge of HTML and CSS in design assets.
  • Other duties as assigned.

This role is 100% remote. Our entire company works virtually, and often across time zones. You will be based remotely and will need to be well-versed in the use of Slack and video conferencing.
