Accountabilities:

  • Lead and optimize paid media strategies across social and display channels to achieve acquisition, revenue, and profitability goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal media buying teams and business stakeholders to align campaign execution with strategic objectives.
  • Identify and scale new media purchasing opportunities while continuously improving campaign efficiency and performance.
  • Analyze campaign data, customer behavior, and market trends using Excel, Tableau, or similar BI tools to drive informed optimization decisions.
  • Collaborate on user experience and conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve engagement and lead generation outcomes.
  • Manage projects and workflows using tools such as Asana, Jira, or Monday.com to ensure timely execution and cross-functional coordination.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare reporting insights, and recommend actionable improvements to maximize ROI and growth.
  • Requirements:

    • 6+ years of experience in paid media buying, preferably across display and social advertising channels.
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization platforms such as Tableau.
    • Hands-on experience with major paid media platforms including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and native display networks.
    • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Jira.
    • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), customer acquisition strategies, and user experience best practices.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Creative, proactive, and highly results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
    • Experience in fintech, financial services, or performance marketing environments is considered a strong advantage.
