About the roll*

As Toast is expanding its Fin-Tech business, there are various new products and financial services on the horizon for the organization to support our community. The responsibilities for this role include:

• Operate as a second line of defense on all operational aspects of the business
• Perform risk assessment, control design and testing
• Maintain effective communication with operational teams, compliance, and management on findings and implementing corrective actions
• Prepare and present operational risk summaries, including risk assessment reports, testing results, risk trending, and risk mitigation impact
• Serve as the liaison with compliance and internal audit
• Implement industry best practices in process design, monitoring and reporting

Do you have the right ingredients?

• 2-4 years of experience in a data and/or process centric role preferably in a financial product like lending
• Comfortable working in SQL/Snowflake/Excel/G-Suite
• Passionate about building robust and scalable processes and automation
• Bachelors/Masters in a quantitative field (Maths/Stat/Econ/OR) or MBA
• Additional points for Salesforce and Looker experience
• Additional points for R/Python knowledge
