This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work. Join our team as a Senior Operations Specialist-Remote.
Job Summary
This highly visible position is responsible for providing best in class proprietary dealer management system support and training that delivers value to both the organization and our dealer network. This position may also provide various modes of dealer support such as but not limited to training content creation, webinar content development and execution, execute dealer management system data corrections and hypercare training/support. Employee may be required to travel 0-10% of the time to support dealer on-site training as needed.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide escalated support working with KCP reps, the product team and customers to diagnose and address software related issues in a timely manner
- General Software, Accounting, and accounting software phone support
- Dealer/User classroom training and organizational internal training
- Tune up delivery and dealer support
- Dealer management system data corrections
- Hypercare training/support
- Special Duties as Required
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Experience Requirements
Required:
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills to effectively provide and receive information relative to assigned projects
- Requires strong organizational skills and excellent problem-solving skills to handle changing priorities and tight schedules
- Demonstrated attention to detail and quality measures
- Demonstrated ability to make appropriate business decisions
- Demonstrated customer service focus
- Technical orientation sufficient to understand the company product offerings
- Process oriented, but must also be flexible and innovative
- Ability to travel 0-10% of the time
- SQL Database experience is preferred
- Experience working in retail, motorcycle, or automotive industries is a plus.
- Accounting experience is a plus
- Experience with the Harley-Davidson dealer network is a plus
- Experience with vehicle dealer management systems is a plus
