Why This Role is Exciting:
As the Sr Order Generation Analyst, you will be viewed as a trusted and recognized business partner to the Sales Field Organization. The Sr Order Generation Analyst will support all commercial-related activities including, but not limited to contract creation, redline review and approval, and providing support to the Sales Field on AuditBoard’s quoting tools and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Sales field in the areas of contract creation and management. Participate in contract reviews with Sales/Sales Leadership to help drive contract level review on redlines.
- Ensure contracts are structured and processed efficiently and align with company policies.
- Review, interpret, and confirm contract terms and conditions; work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure all contracts are accurate. Verify compliance with internal policies
- Responsible for drafting, modifying, and finalizing contracts including new, add-on, and upsell business for Cloud Subscription Services.
- Anticipate issues and initiate actions to resolve them using professional judgment and concepts, company policies, and procedures.
- Deal with day-to-day queries from Sales, and Account Management teams on AuditBoard’s contracts. Â
- Support Sales enablement through new hire training initiatives and ad hoc training requests as needed.
- Independently drive efficiency and process improvements. Support commercial projects on an as-needed basis.
Attributes for a Successful Candidate:
- Requires a 4-year college degree
- A minimum of 2 years professional experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, paralegal or finance in a SaaS company.
- Impeccable attention to detail
- A bias towards velocity
- A “Customer First” perspective and ethos
- Experience supporting global / multinational customer and deals
- Outstanding business partnering skills – able to interact positively with the Sales Field and influence business outcomes.
- Excellent understanding of most Deal Support/Commercial topics (pricing, deal structuring, contracting etc.); familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition policies a plus
- Excellent understanding of commercial terms and conditions
- The ability to acquire knowledge of our products and the value they provide to AuditBoard’s Customers.
- The ability to acquire a thorough understanding of AuditBoard’s corporate goals and objectives and consider these goals/objectives within the design of offers.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities and meet deadlines on a daily basis.
 Preferred SkillsÂ
- Requires proficiency with computer applications, such as Windows, Excel, and Word and CRM systems – AuditBoard, SFDC and CPQ experience a plus.
