This is a strategic and hands-on consulting role designed for experienced change leaders who thrive in complex transformation environments. You will guide large-scale organizational initiatives, helping businesses successfully adopt new processes, technologies, and operating models. Working closely with executive stakeholders, you will shape and deliver end-to-end change strategies that align people, processes, and systems. The role focuses heavily on data transformation programs, including cloud migration and modernization efforts. You will bring clarity to ambiguity, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure sustainable adoption across diverse teams. This is an ideal opportunity for a consultant who combines strategic thinking with execution excellence in dynamic, fast-paced settings.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and execute comprehensive organizational change management strategies for large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to align on vision, priorities, and change adoption plans across the organization
  • Design and deliver communication, training, and engagement strategies to support business and technology transformations
  • Drive stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives
  • Support data modernization programs, including transitions from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, IT, and data stakeholders, to ensure alignment and delivery success
  • Establish governance frameworks, track change metrics, and continuously optimize strategies based on feedback and performance
  • Requirements:

    • 8–12+ years of experience in organizational change management within complex, matrixed environments
    • Proven track record supporting enterprise transformation programs involving business process and technology change
    • Experience with data platform modernization, including cloud migration (e.g., Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar)
    • Strong understanding of data ecosystems, analytics, and governance practices
    • Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence, advise, and align senior leadership
    • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision
    • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Background in highly regulated industries such as banking or financial services is a plus
