Obility helps fast-growing and innovative B2B tech companies generate and develop marketing led-opportunities through digital marketing. Companies like Moz, Autodesk, Snowflake and PriceWaterhouseCoopers use us to successfully reach, engage, track, and convert sales qualified leads.

Founded in 2011, we’re now a team of 50+ team members who are solely focused on B2B marketing and lead generation. We serve our clients by hiring expert talent, streamlining account management, and holding ourselves accountable to performance. We are a fully remote company, headquartered in Portland, OR and have hubs in Boston, Denver & Austin!

Currently, we track-to-revenue, we optimize pages for lead conversion, and we help clear the path to accurate pipeline measurement. Our aim is to optimize digital channels to deliver major revenue outcomes for our clients.

What We’re Looking For

You, the Senior Paid Search Manager, are a data-obsessed problem-solver. You pay attention to the details without losing sight of clients’ bigger and long-term goals. You are quick to pick up patterns and patient enough to identify long-term trends. You possess high levels of integrity and self-motivation. You are creative, logical, and endlessly curious about the future of Paid Search.

Do you have 3 years or more crafting Google Ads campaigns? Do you have strong presentation and communication skills? Are you ready to add to a company culture that values innovation, autonomy, and its people?

Requirements:
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Ads, and Google Ads Editor
  • Experience creating and customizing reports including creating pivot tables showcasing performance in Excel
  • Proficiency in managing moderate- to Enterprise-scale PPC Accounts in a variety of B2B Verticals
  • At least 2 years working directly with notable B2B clients and B2B company stakeholders, including working with lead generation of long sales cycles
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to present effectively and persuasively to both internal and external audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple clients/assignments in a fast paced environment
  • Great attention to detail with a track record of strong analytical skills
  • Experience with paid media tools such as SEMRush, Moz, Google Keyword Planner, etc.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Bonus points: Experience with marketing automation (Marketo, Eloqua) and/or CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot) reporting and programs
  • Bonus points: Experience training others and/or leading a team


Responsibilities:
  • Driving industry-leading Search and Display strategy for B2B companies
  • Optimize client accounts to client business objectives including cost per sales qualified lead, ROI/ROAS, and/or volume of MQL/Opps/Revenue
  • Analyze client performance data and provide interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusions
  • Collaborate with client-facing team members across Obility Digital Marketing services to deliver best-of-best client outcomes
  • Manage daily execution of 6-8 paid media clients, including day-to-day client communication, deliverables, monthly reports and all research and strategy efforts pertaining to B2B client engagements
  • Collect and share current best practices and learnings across agency client base, communicate to them to the team and incorporate into thought leadership for clients and team member mentorship


SALARY RANGE: $70,000 - $95,000
