We are looking for a Senior People Operations Partner to lead HR operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient People processes, data, and systems across all countries Jama Software operates. The Senior People Operations Partner will serve as a subject matter expert on HR practices, programs, and policies, and will be responsible for leading and managing HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational success. What You'll Do:Â- Develop processes and practices for People programs and initiatives, ensuring efficient execution and high delivery of service to team members. Â
- Provide strategic guidance and operational support to People team members and other collaborators on HR processes, programs, policies, and standard methodologies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Â
- Collaborate with our team members in Finance, Accounting, Legal, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HR processes and systems with overall organizational goals. Â
- Support People Team strategic efforts, supervising progress and blockers of ongoing initiatives and reporting on relevant metrics to ensure success.Â
- Lead all aspects of the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, handling configurations, integrations, and maintaining data structures. Â
- Create and produce employee data reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; and ad hoc as requested by the People team and internal customers. Â
- Provide data analytics and reporting to identify trends and insights that drive business insights, impact the effectiveness of People programs and initiatives, and improve the employee experience, in partnership with our Analytics team. Â
- Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives, such as process improvements, system implementations, and cross-functional People initiatives, working in partnership with team members to drive organizational success and achieve People Team objectives.Â
- Ensure data and record retention compliance in relation to global, federal, and state laws and regulations.Â
- Stay updated on relevant HR standard processes, laws, and industry trends, and proactively identify and address potential compliance issues and opportunities for evolving the People function. Â
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, focusing on HR operations, HRIS management, and/or data and reporting in a global environment.Â
- Strong ability to see the big-picture of HR processes and activities, while also identifying the components needed to ensure successful operations of processes and programs. Â
- Experience with HR technology and systems, including system configuration, integrations, uploads, and vendor management. Â
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and run HR projects and initiatives, from planning to execution, within established timelines and budgets. Â
- Extensive knowledge of HR operations, processes, systems, and employee records management. Â
- Knowledge of process improvement practices and techniques Â
- Proven experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and partners, with clear communication and partnership. Â
- Strong Excel skills, including v-lookups and pivot tables, with a focus on data reporting. Â
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, develop effective solutions, and provide recommendations for improvement. Â
- Knowledge of local, US, and international HR laws, regulations, and standard processes, and the ability to provide consultation in applied situations. Â
- Able to be adaptable and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.Â
- HR certification, such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR.Â
- Experience managing global employee lifecycle activities including global mobility. Â
- Previous experience with system implementations. Â
