We are seeking a Senior People Partner that will be responsible for driving people-focused strategies across all business units. An ideal candidate will be client relationship focused. They will have the ability to run medium-scale projects autonomously. This person will contribute perspective on risk and execution of larger-scale programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high ownership of projects, good decomposition skills and a unique power to establish trust with business leaders quickly. This position will report to the Chief People Officer.

You Will:

  • Create strong and reciprocal client relationship management practices for all business units with a focus on product and engineering.
  • Build, manage, and scale a team of People Partners to support the Array team in a first class way.
  • Develop deep relationships and build trust with key business leaders and hiring managers across the organization.
  • Collaborate with key business partners to create, implement, and execute new people programs; build programs from 0-1.
  • Assess and improve existing people programs.
  • Deeply engage on issues of organizational design with future scalability in mind.
  • Adept at team building and creating workflows in service of helping teams operate optimally.
  • Utilize data to help drive key decisions around growth and retention.
  • Coach employees and managers, serve as an advocate and resource to resolve ongoing and adhoc employee issues.

You Have:

  • 5-7 years experience in Partner roles within startup environments.
  • A good sense of risk while balancing the need to mold and adapt to quickly changing goals.
  • Demonstrated track record of ownership and growth across Partner roles.
  • Strong examples of creating and scaling Partner programs.
  • Direct or indirect people management experience.
  • Preferred experience supporting product and engineering departments.
  • Leadership experience to drive tough employee relations challenges.

Pay Transparency: 

Salary Range: $170,000 - $185,000

The pay range above represents the current low and high end of the compensation band for this position and may change in the future. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as candidate skills, qualifications and experience. Other compensation may include equity options and incentives.
