Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Your impact

The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will play an instrumental, hands-on role in designing and deploying our omni-channel marketing efforts. This hire will have a unique opportunity to get in early at a quickly scaling startup and have a direct impact on the success of the business. You’ll be responsible for driving new customer growth on our existing paid digital channels and discovering new ones to unlock incremental growth.

You’ll own

• Paid Social and Paid Search strategies from end-to-end
• Ideation, strategy, and execution of a robust ad testing strategy
• New channel testing roadmap to find new avenues for growth
• Day-to-day maintenance of Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns
• Analysis and reporting on key metrics for all campaigns 
• Partner with Data, Product, Eng and Brand teams to improve user experience and tracking
• Work cross-functionally with Sales and Partnerships to accelerate Sales & Partner growth using paid digital channels.

You bring

• 4+ years professional experience managing paid digital channels
• 2+ years experience in Facebook Business Manager
• 2+ years experience in Google Ads Manager
• Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, and Google Sheets
• Data-driven, analytical thinker whose strength is learning things on the fly
• Strong project management and organizational skill

• Base salary range: $150,000-170,000
