About the Job:

The Creative Studio is a division of Infillion focused on fostering, challenging, and innovating attention advertising. We are a full-service organization of project managers, designers, strategists, and producers, and we lead creative storytelling by developing insights based on data, functionalities, and KPIs. As a Senior Producer, you will be a key member of the Creative Studio, managing external and internal relationships while handling technical aspects of ad creation.

What you'll be doing: 

Within 90 days, the key performance objectives for this role are:

  1. Gain a deep understanding of the TrueX product and full grasp of true[Exchange], our advertising platform.
  2. Lead production of our east coast campaigns and offer support to your direct reports.
  3. Maintain and manage our vendor relationship and lead the communication for any required updates or optimizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a liaison between Creative Studio Creative & Strategy teams and development resources.
  • Have a deep understanding of various ad products and production processes that pertain to the Creative Studio.
  • Contribute to the creation and monitoring of asset standards to meet the Creative Studio's specifications and communicate all relevant information to internal teams and clients.
  • Create partnerships with the Client Success team to collaborate, innovate and properly spec out engagements.
  • Capture production specs and user flows to be used to develop fully executable engagements for internal and 3rd party development.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure concepts are technically feasible and properly capture all necessary details to create a production specification document.
  • Manage budget standards ensuring production costs accurately adhere to negotiated prices.
  • Understand the Hulu submission process to share with internal resources and 3rd parties, as well as be accountable to ensure proper process and specifications are followed.
  • Accountable to verify campaign setup and ensure tagging is properly implemented.
  • Identify new technologies & vendors that can advance the Ad Studio capabilities. 
  • Support the analysis of Ad Studio products to ensure functionality types, strategies, and capabilities are consistent.
  • Be a regional point of contact for 3rd parties and Account Management leadership.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Creative Studio, Client Success, Client Partnerships, Ad Ops & Product to develop creative and innovative attention advertising.
  • Participate in clients' calls and speak intelligently about a concept, as well as Creative Studio and trueX standards, processes and products. 
  • Be an evangelist to represent Creative Studio teams, goals and responsibilities to other departments within the company.
  • Assists in the supervision of the Production department to promote an inspiring atmosphere and desirable work flow to achieve the best work.

What you have:

  • B.A. or B.S in Graphic Design, Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in managing individuals and/or teams. Managing teams in multiple locations is a plus.
  • Proficient knowledge of content management systems and development tools, with an understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop.
  • A solid understanding of design, including, but not limited to UI/UX, user flows, design patterns and visual language.
  • Experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS & APIs.
  • Understanding of database structures, scripting languages and/or data transfer methods. 
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong project and people management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Working in a service organization/role is a nice to have.
  • A sense of humor really helps.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit is a must.
  • Portfolio or examples of work are a must.
