About the Position 

At G-P, our senior designers lead products from inception through to development. We look for people who like to learn directly from users and turn those insights into features that will excite. 

G-P is transforming the way people work across the globe and UX is central to the company’s vision for the coming years. We need an ambitious designer, hungry to make their mark on a platform that’s changing an entire industry. 

What you can expect to do: 

• Work closely with your PMs and Researchers, and dive deep into user goals, analysing their needs and using those insights to build, not just features, but entire products. 
• Work with a design partner to build User Journeys, Task Flows, Personas and Prototypes – creating visions for both developers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with our UX researchers to create and run usability tests for both external and internal users.
• Consult with our dedicated analytics teams to gather the quantitative data you need to justify your design decisions.
• Be the voice-of-the-customer in design and product meetings. You’ll speak on behalf of the user and ensure we are creating an experience that truly considers their needs.
• Participate in our Design community practice, contributing to our design reviews and our Design System. 
• Educate and mentor more junior members of the team and help them to grow their skills

 What we are looking for: 

• Extensive experience and track record of designing exceptional experiences for SaaS or Enterprise applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or HCI or equivalent practical experience. 
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of Designers, Developers, and Product Managers throughout the design process; creating user flows and wireframes to build user interface mockups and prototypes. 
• Experience developing projects from infancy through to production and experience working with stakeholders at the highest corporate level.
• Experience creating and presenting wireframes for both stakeholders and developers.
• Portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrate design thinking, empathy for user needs, wrong turns in design, and how crafting effective digital interfaces produced results. 
• Fluency in Figma and using components. Knowledge of Mira.
