Role Mission

As a Sr Product Designer, you will collaborate with clients and cross-functional team members to ultimately design engaging digital experiences for web and mobile products, either 0-1, or as an extension of existing designs and established design systems. 


Deliverables
  • You’ll be responsible for creating personas, information architecture, customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that follow interaction design and usability best practices.
  • Work with clients and internal project teams to promote the benefits of accessibility and usability best practices.
  • Produce clean, informative, and concise presentations to clients and internal teams that communicate the rationale behind your designs.
  • Deliver useful and delightful solutions that meet our clients’ needs and requirements.
  • Form solid working relationships with our clients.
  • Increase awareness of the value of user experience design and research internally and externally.


    • About You
  • 3-5+ years of product design experience, ideally in a consulting or agency context
  • Expertise using Figma
  • Experience designing developer-ready visual assets and UI components
  • Experience with user research methods and tools 
  • Extensive client-facing experience


    • Nice to Have
  • EdTech, FinTech, Telco or HealthTech experience
  • Familiarity with WCAG and other accessibility guidelines and standards
