Laborie Medical Technologies is currently searching for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in either the Portsmouth or Salt Lake City offices.

Position Overview:

The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for defining the global product strategy and roadmap, as well as executing on all marketing activities for the OB portfolio.

How you contribute:

Product Launch• Lead planning and initiate market preparation for product launches, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, targeting, development of physician and patient support tools and promotional programs.• Monitor post-launch metrics with full ownership for campaign success.

Field and Sales Support

• Define the global strategy for the product portfolio and adjacent capital equipment, which encompasses value proposition, product messaging, pricing strategy, etc.
• Develop marketing support materials, such as product images, sales aids, economic models, and digital ads to be leveraged by the U.S. and regional teams.

Physician Education and Trade Shows

• Works with the educational team to define field and physician training programs
• Work with the International Regions to have a cohesive Conference/Trade Show plan

Portfolio Management and Product Development

• Work with R&D and Regulatory to develop the product roadmap (new product development and adjacencies) for the UDS product portfolio.
• Carry product portfolio expansion concepts through the phase gate process to enable go-forward decisions.
• Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to assist in portfolio mapping and development, and analysis of market trends

Market Intelligence

• Partner with International Marketing counterpart to align on overall strategy, product messaging, conference strategy, product promotion, and tactical execution. Share best practices across Marketing teams, gather customer insights and improve our marketing execution.
• Monitors and analyzes market data as well as competitive intelligence.

Qualifications:

• 4-year college degree (B.S./B.A.), Masters degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years' experience in medical device or related regulated healthcare field.
• Experience in Urology, with UDS systems strongly valued as is prior engagement experience with physicians and healthcare providers
• Analytical Skills: ability to analyze data and understand market trends
• Strong Communication Skills: ability to communicate plans and strategies
• Team and Leadership Skills: ability to influence others and work on cross-functional teams
