Senior Product Manager

This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform that is transforming how organizations manage vehicle reimbursement programs across North America. You will operate at the intersection of product strategy and hands-on execution, owning a product domain end-to-end from discovery through delivery. This position requires close collaboration with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to build multi-persona solutions that solve complex customer needs. You will be responsible for defining product direction, driving roadmap decisions, and ensuring execution aligns with both customer value and business growth. Working directly with senior leadership, you will help translate company strategy into actionable product initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on user experience and measurable outcomes. This is a high-impact role for a product leader who thrives in fast-paced, ownership-driven environments.

• Own product strategy for a defined domain, aligning customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Lead customer discovery efforts through interviews, usage data analysis, and ongoing feedback loops
• Define and evolve multi-persona product experiences for complex B2B workflows
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform roadmap prioritization and positioning
• Translate company strategy into clear product initiatives, outcomes, and measurable success metrics
• Own and manage the product backlog in close partnership with engineering teams
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria and lead agile ceremonies such as grooming and refinement
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and execution

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS environments
• Proven experience acting as a Product Owner in Agile or Scrum teams
• Strong track record of building and scaling complex, multi-persona products
• Experience contributing to or leading product growth in mid-to-late stage scaling environments
• Strong technical fluency including APIs, system design concepts, and tradeoff analysis
• Solid understanding of UX and design principles with close collaboration experience with design teams
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product decisions to revenue, retention, and growth outcomes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments
• Experience mentoring or guiding other product team members is an asset
