SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

Power Platform enables Organizations of all sizes build software solutions with low code , so anyone can design and build solutions that perfectly fit their needs and workflows . Portals is a strategic new growth area within Microsoft Power platform , focused on disrupting the way websites and web applications are designed and built. We believe that web development should be accessible to anyone who loves to create and not just those who can understand the complexities of code. We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager who is excited about executing this vision and leading a team of world class engineers and designers.
In this role, you will be leading the effort to expand the component library of Portals. The component library is a collection of building blocks ( such as Power BI report, chatbot, maps , forms, etc ) used to build a webpage . The scope includes defining the UX framework for adding and configuring components , introducing new building blocks , and driving 1 st and 3 rd party component integration s .ResponsibilitiesWhat you will do:

• Deeply understand the needs of our diverse set of Portals customers and become an expert on their workflows within their teams and functions.
• Go deep into the technical details of configuring and customizing building blocks of a site.
• Partner with design to translate user needs and technical constraints into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Create and execute the product roadmap for your areas.
• Identify and drive key measures of success for your product areas.
• Collaborate extensively with cross functional teams, including PMs, Engineering, Data scientists, User research, and Design to define and launch product improvements.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in product management with prior experience as a Product Manager at a SaaS compan y
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required
• Shipped end-user facing products at scale with good customer/user reviews

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Low code/No code platforms , Power Platform products
• Experience with web front-end development
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically, with a strong bias for action
• The ability to wear many hats, learn quickly and change direction when needed
• Proven track record of developing products in an agile development environment across several teams .
• Strong Product management, communication, and cross-group collaboration skills
• Self-starter who is constantly curious and looking for ways to improve the product and team efficiencies
