Job Description
Ibotta is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. In the Billing and Budgeting squad, you will be responsible for defining the strategic roadmap to build a scalable platform and processes to ensure marketing campaigns are within budget, partners are billed accurately and financial transactions are recorded accurately. You will be supported by a team of amazing product managers/leaders, decision scientists,machine learning engineers, and more.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States, Mexico, or Canada.
What you will be doing:
Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, analysts, project managers and marketers working toward our strategic initiativesÂ
Partner directly with senior leadership and the finance organization, including the CFO, to identify and prioritize initiatives with the greatest business impact
Work with machine learning team and business teams to predict and manage financial performance of marketing campaignsÂ
Support the development of a best in class financial system enabling the sustainable growth of Ibotta’s B2C and B2B business initiatives
Partner with other product teams and the finance team and financial intelligence team to ensure business transactions are recorded to accurately represent financial
Own the product roadmap for all projects related to your domain
Define what success looks like, how it will be measured, and how it will impact company-wide goals
Use A/B testing, UX research, and other data, both quantitative and qualitative to inform product decisions and prioritization

What we are looking for:
5+ years of product management experience at fast-growing tech companies specializing in data integrations, affiliate marketing, finance, and/or API product development
Experience building backend products that have front-end implications for usersÂ
Experience with or integrating with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
A knack for building strong working relationships with cross-functional partners
Comfort navigating product challenges in a high growth environment, working cross-functionally within a collaborative culture, and leading a team through dynamic change
Excellent quantitative skills, with an ability to run A/B tests, manipulate data, conduct analysis, and draw meaningful insights
A strategic perspective to say no to good ideas so we can focus on the few, truly great ones
Excellent communication skills across all mediums (visual, written, verbal)
BA/BS in CS/Engineering, Economics/Physics/Math or related field is required

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO or with the option of full-time remote and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity. Candidates must live in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.
Base compensation range: $110,000-$140,000. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary.
