Senior Product Manager

Guideline is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing product team. You will be joining a distributed team of remote employees and employees based near our offices - San Diego, CA; San Mateo, CA; Austin, TX; and Portland, ME.

As a senior PM you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, leading cross-functional teams to bring new products to market, conducting market research, analyzing data and customer feedback, making data-driven decisions, and communicating the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders.

Additionally, you will work closely with the development team to prioritize and manage the product backlog, and ensure the team is delivering high-quality, user-centered products that meet business goals and customer needs.

Guideline's product team is paramount to bringing our mission to fruition. As a team member, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, sales, and partnerships to bring new products to market. Platform partnerships are critical to Guideline's continued growth. You will join a high velocity team and be an important part of scaling our department, reporting into the Director, Product Management.

• Establish the product vision and strategy for your product area
• Partner with cross functional teams to understand user and business needs while translating them into an actionable and impactful roadmap
• Collaborate with Product Analytics to set KPIs and measurement baselines to ensure your product is moving in the right direction for user and business health
• Manage the full lifecycle of your product from ideation to launching

• 5+ years of experience in a product role, some fintech experience is a benefit
• Track record of delivering results that elevate the user experience while delivering business value
• Ability to empathize with customers and turn their pain points into opportunities for improvements
• Strong interpersonal & comms skills; you will be working with a diverse group of stakeholders

The expected Salary for this position is $155,000 - $206,000 annually. Compensation is determined by numerous factors such as your qualifications, experience, and work location.
