Senior Product Manager

Role Responsibilities:

Assess the market trends, customer problems, analyst reports, and competitive landscape
Define the SonicWall opportunity based on that information
Define the product strategy to exploit the opportunity
Translate the problems and customer asks into product requirements
Prioritize the set of requirements for time to market, time to value
Engage with engineering, operations, and other internal teams to execute the product strategy
Define pricing and packaging, go to market (GTM) strategy including training, documentation, sales enablement
Launch the product and participate in public forums, conferences, and analyst conversations for market awareness of the product
Define and maintain the product roadmap, act as product evangelist internally and externally to customers and partners
Responds to customer or field inquiries, assists with Technical RFPs and work with a cross-functional team of PMs, SEs, and Engineers as required
Assist with design, deployment and integration guides for products, solutions, and reference architectures.
Review potential partner relationships for the platform integrations and work with the BizDev team to enable the strategic alliance
May require traveling to support field and marketing activity and meeting customers/partners.

Domain specific experience:

Email security
CASB/SaaS security such as protect access to SharePoint, OneDrvie, box, and other prevalent SaaS services used by SMB and enterprise customers.
SaaS service management skills such as understanding the public cloud infrastructure and construct
Understanding Pricing and packaging of cloud-service offering
Working experience in Threat protection
Exposure to SASE, SSE, SDWAN and NGFW technologies
Well-versed with Jira, Confluence and Aha! Tools
