Requirements

The Job: Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager for our range of software applications focused on the Private Capital sector i.e. Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate and Wealth Advisory markets.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have a strong understanding of the Private Capital sector and bring subject matter expertise to help us shape our products to meet the needs of this demanding and exciting vertical. This is a must have for this role.
Responsibilities for this role include:

• Engaging with clients and prospective clients to understand their needs and where appropriate support sales engagements
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends to determine future needs for our target markets
• Studying and evaluating competitors’ services and products to determine opportunities for competitive differentiation
• Constantly examining new ways of improving existing Asset Class services and products
• Creating and publishing User guides for our products
• Working with our Design / UX / UI team to build beautiful and ‘Delightful’ products for our customers
• Working with our Marketing team to create product brochures, website content and video content for our products
• Creating and publishing JIRA Epics and Stories for allocation to our Engineering team
• Provide product training and market insight training to our sales, professional services and engineering teams
• Identify and present innovative product solutions to help us remain competitive in the Private Capital / InvestTech sector
• Work with our Business Analysis team to ensure that product requirements are understood and appropriately scoped before passing to our engineering team for development
• Work within our AGILE software development methodology
• Coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, and Engineering / development teams
• Answer product related inquiries as part of RFP / RFI or ITT’s
• Prior experience of Salesforce.com and Asana are a strong plus but not pre-requisites
• Proficiency with the Atlassian Suite of Products is highly desirable (JIRA, Confluence)
