In addition to our marketplace, we’ve recently launched an industry-leading SaaS platform that has grown from $0 to $5MM in ARR in 15 months. The Role

Our fast-growing market data product is already generating a lot of buzz; therefore, we need an experienced, strategic, and creative Senior Product Manager to continue our product’s success. Our ideal candidate will be collaborative, dynamic, organized, and intuitive. You will play a critical role in shaping our product strategy and driving the successful execution of our roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform product direction
• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality products
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and maximize product impact
• Define key product metrics and performance indicators to measure product success and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient product development and release cycles
• Engage with sales and customer success teams to gather customer insights, understand user needs, and address customer pain points

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, experience in a high-growth startup or technology company is strong preferred
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions
• Analytical and data driven approach identifying, defining, and prioritizing opportunities and solutions
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly-changing startup environment
• Passion for innovation and building products that solve real customer problems
