Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Your role is to lead the experimentation platform as a critical component of realizing the company strategy. The experimentation platform provides capabilities for internal product development teams to test and learn rapidly and drive innovation for the company at scale. 

Your performance objectives will be to:

• Identify and write requirements to support the build of BILL’s internal experimentation platform 
• Work with engineering, design, analytics, and research counterparts to ensure we are building an Experimentation platform that is easy for internal teams to adopt and accelerates product development learning. 
• Build relationships with internal product development teams to create feedback loops with internal customers of the experimentation platform. 
• Work with program and internal communications counterparts to support and shepard a culture of experimentation in the product organization. 
• Build the process, templates, and frameworks for teams to use as they onboard to the Experimentation platform.
• Develop strong value-based metrics and goals that guide internal teams success with experimentation

We’d love to chat if you have:

5+ years of experience in Product Management serving products and platforms used by a technical audience, preferably with direct experience building and using internal experimentation platforms. 

You have:

• A passion for building great technical products that solve customer problems
• A growth mindset based in curiosity and data-driven learning approaches
• A get-stuff-done attitude propelled by a strong sense of accountability and a positive self-starter energy
• An approach to problems that start with the customer, explore a multitude of options, and rely on strong relationships to make sound decisions
• 5+ years of professional experience in product management or cumulative experience when combined with a related technical field
• 1+ years working on experimentation platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills
