This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in Lingo.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will help shape and execute the product vision and strategy. You will lead the creation of exciting new products and features from inception to release. You will be responsible for coaching the product manager's team and ensuring they know what they are expected to build and understand the vision and role of each team member. You must develop an in-depth understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas to increase our market share.

You will work closely with the product director to drive the growth strategy and improve the overall customer experience. As we deploy agile squads in product development and tech, you will collaborate with the technology team to translate the product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes and deliver quick time-to-market and optimal resources. You will also manage relationships with key internal and external partners and stakeholders to create buy-in for the product vision.

What you'll do

• Own and define new product features, roadmaps, and success metrics
• Decompose the strategic vision into value streams and release trains
• Create, manage, and prioritize program backlogs and plan product increments
• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across teams
• Articulate and conduct stakeholder review sessions and regularly report the progress made and impediments that need attention
• Define acceptance criteria for user stories and perform acceptance testing on features before release
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth
• Identify gaps in existing product solutions and opportunities for enhancement
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver quick time-to-market and optimal resources

Pay

The salary range for this position is 135,700 - 271,500K based on experience.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a product manager, managing and developing well-loved software products
• Keen product intuition and a strong desire to discover and fulfill market needs
• Strong experience collaborating with designers and developers in an agile framework and with agile planning tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience tracking product performance and identifying opportunities from analytics and data
• Strong understanding of product management and marketing in consumer-related industries in general; health tech experience is preferable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A data-driven mindset with a history of decision making based on business metrics to quickly define, track, and analyze KPIs to act
• Must speak German
