What you'll be doing:

Develop a deep understanding of our business customers and product domain to inform features
Surface insights from discovery delivery and customer feedback that influence broader product vision and strategy
Facilitate discovery efforts that clarify problem areas and evaluate potential solution paths staying curious about emerging technologies and tools that can sharpen how we build and what we deliver
Collaborate with stakeholders operational teams research designers and engineers to define and build product features building trust through open and consistent communication
Help develop prioritize and manage a product backlog in a lean agile environment
Produce clearly-written product requirements and acceptance criteria that balance business and user needs
Partner with design and engineering through delivery ensuring quality through thoughtful testing and release plans
Collaborate with program leaders on go-to-market plans training materials and customer communications

Experience and Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science business engineering)
5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on strategic thinking and execution
Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence)
analytical skills and the ability to use different types of data to inform decision making
Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering design marketing and legal

Skills Required
