About the role:

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead and help develop the product’s strategy and objectives to drive acquisition and monetization, while working with a dedicated engineering team to execute.  You will master our analytics suite and work closely with design, engineering, data, and sales to improve a product that literally makes our users laugh and cry on a daily basis. The role requires a mix of analytical horsepower, relentless execution, and well-honed customer judgment. 

• You engage, empower, and cultivate relationships with product partners to influence shared cross-team directions and manage risks or trade-offs. Communicate clearly and crisply with leadership stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams to turn different inputs into a cohesive plan.
• You are able to be a solid voice for the customer and help provide context, empathy and rationale behind customer needs.
• You have a growth mindset and really enjoy making product changes that improve conversion.
• You love products, and building fun and intuitive user experiences
• You have a bias for action and are comfortable with uncertainty
• You know how to create and own a strategy roadmap to make magical moments happen for fans and Cameo

• 4+ years product management experience on a consumer-facing software product
• Experience with user analysis tools like mixpanel, google analytics, hotjar
• Possess excellent product thinking and solutions capabilities, clear logic and strong data analysis capabilities
• An eye for UI/UX
• Entrepreneurial drive and experience leading product development initiatives from discovery to launch
• Related industry experience, particularly social media and/or video tech
• Experience with product management tools like jira
• You’ve worked in a Series A or Series B startup and understand what it’s like to scale 
• Have ownership and be responsible for the results; good cross functional understanding, strong communication skills, and teamwork spirit

The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $234,000.  Cameo determines salary ranges by role and level with ranges for US roles typically based on our home market of Chicago. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within that range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training. Posted salary ranges reflect base salary only, exclusive of equity and other compensation and benefits.
