We are looking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a deep understanding of compliance requirements in the public sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management and compliance, with a strong track record of developing and managing products that meet public sector compliance requirements.

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with the Security and Compliance teams, engineering teams, product marketing, business development, customer success, and sales engineering teams to develop and manage products that meet public sector compliance requirements. You will be responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap, developing and managing product requirements, and driving the successful delivery of products to market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for public sector compliance products (FedRAMP High, IPV6, etc.) including identifying market opportunities and customer needs.

  • Develop and manage product requirements, ensuring that they meet compliance requirements and align with the company's overall strategy.

  • Work closely with the Security and Compliance teams to ensure that products meet compliance requirements and are designed with security and privacy in mind.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that products are built to meet public sector compliance requirements and are scalable and reliable.

  • Work with product marketing, business development, customer success, and sales engineering teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.

  • Analyze market and competitive trends to identify new opportunities and drive product innovation.

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.

  • Gain deep understanding of our customers through direct contact, research and insights.

  • Mentor other PMs, helping them build their product management craft.

WHO YOU ARE  

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on compliance products and experience in the public sector.

  • Strong understanding of public sector compliance requirements, including FedRAMP, IPV6, FISMA, NIST, and other relevant regulations.

  • Experience working with Security and Compliance teams, engineering teams, product marketing, business development, customer success, and sales engineering teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop data-driven product strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams to execute on product vision and roadmap.

  • Strong technical and business background, engineer/MBA preferred.
