Senior Product Manager - Remote US

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager with a strong background in SaaS to lead our efforts to increase data acquisition and accuracy across our product lines at Seamless.AI. The ideal candidate is customer-focused and passionate about delivering high-quality data solutions that meet customer needs and has a solid understanding of data acquisition and accuracy strategies. Experience with product-led growth (PLG) companies is also a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the product strategy and roadmap for data acquisition and accuracy across our product line.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features that improve data acquisition and accuracy.
• Lead collaboration with each product team to ensure alignment across multiple initiatives at any given time.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with the engineering team and senior leadership to ensure product features are delivered on time and to a high-quality standard, and develop strategic product planning documentation and reporting.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product features and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
• Work with customer success and sales teams to gather customer feedback and insights and use this information to inform product decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging data acquisition and accuracy technologies.

Skillset: 

• Proven history acting as mentor to help improve skillset and knowledge of product development processes within the product team.
• Track record of developing and refining product vision and work to gain vision alignment across the company.
• Experience working directly with senior leadership to develop strategic product planning documentation and reporting.
• Strong experience with data acquisition and accuracy strategies.
• Experience with product-led growth (PLG) is a plus.
• Familiarity with data technologies such as databases, data processing frameworks, and machine learning.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both cross functionally and with other product teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Education and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required and/or 4 years of equivalent work experience. 
• 7+ years of overall experience in a product management position.
• Around 5 years of experience in product management for SaaS companies.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
