In your capacity as the Senior Product Manager - Reporting UI, you will harness your skills to analyze vast data sets, architect innovative performance analytics UI solutions, and craft compelling visual narratives for our clients. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer and working in close partnership with the Director of Product, Analytics, you will interact with diverse teams daily, championing our vision and clearly articulating the value and benefits of our products.

Embodying an entrepreneurial spirit, you will navigate your role like the leader of a business, utilizing your exceptional leadership skills and keen business acumen throughout the lifecycle of each project. Your ability to connect and align various departments will be pivotal in ensuring smooth collaboration on all products under your management.

Your Role Will Include:

• Gaining a comprehensive understanding of our performance data graph architecture to guide product development.
• Collaborating closely with our Director of Product, Analytics and Reporting UI Designer, Performance Product Managers, and Chief Systems Architect to explore and implement innovative data-driven solutions.
• Translating complex data sets into visual (end-user) stories.
• Communicating analytics concepts and reporting solutions via written concept briefs and requirements for functional and implementation requirements.
• Working with Marketing, Finance, Product Development, and Product Support teams to resolve complex problems, educate, and advocate for performance analytics solutions.
• Tracking platform usage and trends for the MNTN user base.

We're Looking for Someone Who Has:

• A solid 5+ years of product management experience in a data-driven reporting or performance analytics platform.
• Proficiency in data visualization, analytical skills, user-centered design process, and visual report composition tools.
• Proficiency in data pipelines, ETL processes, and reporting APIs; SQL and/or Python
• Proven success leading product efforts behind releases that have been utilized by paying customers.
• A solid 5+ years of agile product management experience in a data-driven reporting or performance analytics platform
• Experience in performance analytics, Data Management Platforms for AdTech or ESPs in a BtoB or BtoC "Web Application" environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with an emphasis on usability issues.
• Stellar presentation and communication abilities.
